For many years now, leaders have been sold an inaccurate checklist of the so-called 'hard-skills' they need to exhibit to get results. Traditionally, these hard-skills might have been sufficient to get leaders into a leadership position, but in today's evolving workplace, they're no longer enough to keep them there.

The intention of this workshop is to get you thinking of your company's or department's compelling WHY by guiding you through thought-provoking questions aimed at helping you arrive at your unique vision statement. 

By doing this, you are then empowered to define your needed strategy for success; helping each individual understand how what they do fits into the greater vision of your company or department. 

What's Included:

  • Pre-Work Workbook sent to all participants 2 weeks prior to workshop with related exercises to be completed for workshop group break-outs

  • Review The Golden Circle Model & TED Talk

  • Group breakout to review completed pre-work responses to the 5 Vision Steps and arrive at final responses for your group

  • Fifth Element will work with your assigned Vision and Values-in-Action champions to follow-through on next steps to consolidate the group input into a couple draft vision statements to be collaboratively agreed upon

Emotional Intelligence

Full-day workshop explaining what Emotional Intelligence is and why it is critical to your success in business.

What's Included:

  • Pre-Work Assessment using Daniel Goleman's Four Competency Leadership Model

  • 1-month prior to the scheduled workshop, participants provide Fifth Element with 3 respondents who will provide confidential ratings regarding this leader's EI aptitudes and leaders will also self-rate on the same aptitudes

  • Confidential Results Report shared with leader to make material reviewed during the workshop compelling and relevant

  • Review of 4 E.I. Competencies related to strong leadership excellence

  • Anchor workshop learnings with integration and application of EI concepts through four, 1-hour post-workshop coaching sessions where four modules related to the reviewed E.I. aptitudes are explored 1:1 with each leader and unique action plans are defined related to existing gaps in E.I.
